There will be no additional fees to receive your refund.
In accordance with Federal Consumer Protection Law, return shipping costs due to dissatisfaction or change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
However, in cases where the return is due to defective products or damage caused during shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by Navix.

Packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was received, provided it is not damaged, or a suitable box that ensures the product’s integrity during transportation.
